تأكيد الطلب والإلغاء

عند تقديم طلب عبر واتساب أو الموقع، فإنك تقدم عرض لشراء المنتج. سوف نؤكد طلبك عبر واتساب خلال الفترة المتاحة التالية (20:00-23:00 أو 5:00-8:00 بتوقيت بكين)، ولا يتجاوز ذلك 48 ساعة. سيُعتبر الاتفاق نافذًا بعد التأكيد.

• للمنتجات غير المخصصة: إذا لم يتم الشحن بعد، يُطلب دفع 10% من قيمة الطلب كرسوم إلغاء. إذا تم الشحن، يُطلب 15% من قيمة الطلب كرسوم إلغاء. سيتم إرجاع المبلغ المتبقي خلال 3-7 أيام عمل من خلال قناة الدفع الأصلية (اعتمادًا على وقت معالجة منصة الدفع)

السعر والدفع

الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) وتشمل جميع الضرائب، ولكن لا تشمل رسوم الشحن (إلا إذا كان هناك وصف آخر).

القانون المطبق وتسوية النزاعات

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

When you submit an order via WhatsApp or the website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We will confirm your order via WhatsApp within the next available period (20:00-23:00 or 5:00-8:00 Beijing Time), with a maximum of 48 hours. The agreement is considered effective after confirmation.

• For non-custom products: If not yet shipped, 10% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee. If shipped, 15% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3-7 business days through the original payment channel (depending on the payment platform's processing time)
• For custom products, 50% of the amount must be paid as a deposit upon confirmation. If you wish to cancel before production starts, 10% of the deposit will be deducted as processing fee and the rest will be refunded. Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable. We will notify you before starting production
• For orders during Ramadan (the month before Ramadan until Eid al-Fitr): If not yet shipped, 15% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee. If shipped, 20% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee

Price & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include all taxes, but do not include shipping fees (unless otherwise specified).

• Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations or promotional activities, and we reserve the right to change prices
• We process all international payments through XTransfer, which supports multiple currencies
• B-end customers (wholesale orders): Wholesale price if order quantity ≥10 pieces, 30% of the amount should be paid as a deposit, and the balance is paid before shipping
• After payment confirmation, we will arrange shipping within 3-5 business days (due to operating time restrictions, you can inquire about shipping progress via WhatsApp at any time)

Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product information on the website (including description, price, images and availability), but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information.

• Product color may vary slightly due to display differences
• Exclusive size chart for the Middle East region is available on each product detail page (in centimeters). Before placing an order, you can request actual measurement data via WhatsApp to avoid size mismatch
• If the product is out of stock, we will notify you when confirming the order and provide an alternative product or full refund

Customer Service

Our customer service response time is 20:00-23:00 or 5:00-8:00 Beijing Time. All messages sent during non-working hours will be processed when we are online next time.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms through friendly negotiation. If no settlement is reached, both parties agree to submit it to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for resolution in accordance with its rules (the award shall be binding on both parties).

订单确认与取消

当您通过WhatsApp或网站提交订单时，即表示您提出购买产品的要约。我们会在收到订单后的下一个可用时段内（每日20:00-23:00或5:00-8:00北京时间）通过WhatsApp确认您的订单，最长不超过48小时。确认后视为合同生效。

• 非定制产品：若尚未发货，需支付订单金额的10%作为取消手续费；若已发货，需支付15%作为取消手续费。剩余款项将在3-7个工作日内通过原支付渠道退还（取决于支付平台处理时间）
• 对于定制产品，订单确认时需预付50%定金。若在生产开始前取消，将从定金中扣除10%作为手续费，余款退还；一旦生产启动，定金不予退还（生产前会明确通知）
• 斋月期间（前一个月至开斋节）的订单：若尚未发货，取消手续费为订单金额的15%；若已发货，取消手续费为20%

价格与支付

网站上显示的价格以阿联酋迪拉姆(AED)为单位，包含所有税费，但不包含运费（除非另有说明）。

• 价格可能因汇率波动或促销活动而调整，我们保留更改价格的权利
• 我们通过XTransfer处理所有国际支付，支持多种货币
• 企业客户（批发订单）：订单量≥10件享批发价，需预付30%定金，余款发货前结清
